1. Membership Overview: By subscribing to City Lights Beauty Society, you agree to receive access to live and recorded makeup lessons, educational materials, and exclusive member perks as outlined in the membership plan.

2. Membership Fees & Payments: The membership fee is $399 Annually, billed automatically. Payments are non-refundable once processed. If a promotional code is used for a free or discounted trial, billing will begin automatically after the trial period unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel at any time through their account settings.Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.Upon cancellation, access to lesson replays, live sessions, and exclusive content will end at the conclusion of the paid billing period.

4. No Sharing of Membership: Membership access is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Content Usage & Intellectual Property: All videos, PDFs, and materials within City Lights Beauty Society are for personal educational use only.Members may not download, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission from City Lights Beauty.

6. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the membership, all payments are final and non-refundable.If you experience technical issues, please contact [email protected] for support.

7. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior within the community.Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Photo & Video Release: By participating in City Lights Beauty Society’s live lessons, community discussions, or any recorded content

, you grant City Lights Beauty, its affiliates, and partners full permission to record, photograph, and use your likeness, voice, and contributions for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

This includes but is not limited to lesson replays, social media content, website use, and promotional materials. You waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product in which your likeness appears. You release and discharge City Lights Beauty from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of these materials.If you wish to opt out of being recorded, it is your responsibility to turn off your camera or refrain from participating in recorded sessions.

9. Changes to Membership Terms - City Lights Beauty reserves the right to update or modify membership pricing, benefits, and terms. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
